• Brendan McNamara has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. He has a distinguished track record of operational leadership across multi-state care delivery systems, most recently serving as Regional President at Main Street Health and previously as CEO of Sound Telemedicine. A former U.S. Army Ranger, he brings a disciplined, team-oriented leadership approach and deep experience scaling high-performing organizations and improving care outcomes.

• Svetlana Vinokur has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. She has extensive expertise leading financial organizations in FP&A, capital strategy, and corporate development, having led financial transformation initiatives across major healthcare and consumer organizations including VillageMD and NielsenIQ.

• Manny Raposo has been appointed Chief Growth Officer. He joins following a highly successful tenure as Chief Sales Officer at PharmScript, where he built a high-performing commercial organization and helped drive sustained growth and market expansion.

• Kevin Murphy has been appointed Chief of Value-Based Care. As a recognized leader in senior care innovation, he has extensive experience launching and managing value-based care models across ACOs, direct contracting entities, and in-home care organizations. He was appointed to the Theoria Board of Directors in January 2025, where he has since brought valuable clinical and operational perspectives that have helped to shape and strengthen Theoria’s commitment to high-quality, value-based care delivery.

• Marcia Siguenza has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. She has more than two decades of experience in physician practice management and HR leadership, having held prior roles as Chief People Officer and CHRO across multi-state medical groups.
